This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery.
The idea is to provide Londoners with a really relaxed venue for eating the finest British produce, cooked amazingly well, accompanied by excellent beer and wine at a great price.
Very relaxed atmosphere but no compromise on food quality.
There are Sunday lunches and there are Sunday lunches in the Harwood Arms. An amazing lunch, get service in very pleasant surroundings. We will be back for more. 👍😎
Gastro pub with amazing food, beer, wine, ambiance and service. The staff were so attentive to my daughter's allergies plus the chef pretty much agreed to accommodate 85% of the menu to suit her egg, dairy and nut allergies.
Quality cooking, genuine service and a relaxed atmosphere
Excelente lugar en un muy precioso barrio. Muy buen comida inglesa. Muy cordial atención. Super recomendable !
Wonderful service from the waiters and lovely touches to make a great experience. We had the roast and it was lovely
My boyfriend and I went to celebrate getting new jobs and the staff went out of their way to make it feel like a proper celebration. The food was delicious and filling. Would recommend for a lovely british evening out
Very interesting menu beautifully presented, wonderful flavours. The marmalade ice cream sandwich is a must.
One of our favourite places. Consistently great food and lovely service
My wife and I went to Harwood Arms for dinner during our trip to London, and absolutely loved it. The restaurant is charming and the food was all prepared incredibly well. We split the duck special for two which was amazing. My wife also got the chicken liver mousse which we both loved. We’d definitely return if we had the chance!
Excellent meal. Friendly, helpful staff got us fed and watered in time for us to get to concert 😀
Always a delight to eat at the Harwood Arms, we are still drooling over the lemon curd filled donuts!
Food met high expectations, the specials on the day were outstanding. Great atmosphere, excellent service.
Visiting London for the first time, booked to try their Sunday roast
Menù un po’ particolare (cervo, fegato...) e con poche scelte però di buona qualità
I think I would recommend to a friend but I was expecting a better offering from what I was expecting from reviews.
The menu was simple and very well put together
On approach to pub it looked extremely tatty flacks paint and a bit unloved
The staff were very nice but a bit slow and not very attentive
The Guiness soda bread was delicious and mains very good but the trifle was sadly bland
Incredibly delicious, lovely service, very special.
What a lovely evening at the Harwood Arms! We were a little bit late for our table but no problems; we were seated straightaway and offered drinks. Recommendations on wine and food were both great, and well-matched. Very much enjoyed the meal I had: bone marrow (delicious, though I prefer mine a bit hotter/meltier if I had a criticism), Sutton Hoo chicken (such a joy when chicken is properly cooked with an array of appropriate sides), and then the truly zingy lemon curd doughnuts (would order again!). From time to time it felt extremely loud and it was difficult for the three of us to have a conversation, but other than that it was really a great evening.
Great food and service as always.
We had fabulous dinner at the Harwood arms for our anniversary. We felt really special during the evening and the service was outstanding. Food was superb, each dish better than the other.
Food was nice and the atmosphere very good. Customers obviously like the Harwood Arms as it was quite busy for a Wednesday evening.
My only complaint was the uneven floor, which meant the table was wobbly and staff consistently had to return to our table to replace the cork wedge otherwise the drinks or plates were likely to fall over.
I took my other half for a birthday dinner. We had drinks while we waited. Our table was set with a birthday card for him and after 2 fabulous courses (the best lamb roast I’ve ever had) he was presented with a beautifully decorated birthday chocolate dessert. We’re already planning our next date to go back!!
Amazing food and great service
The food is amazing! Best roast ever...Can’t wait to go back. Will be booking again shortly
Everything about our experience at the Harwood Arms was fantastic, from great service to outstanding food. This was definitely a meal to remember, thanks to everyone at the Harwood for making it so special.
The food was amazing and the service was good. It was just a shame that there was a huge group there who were so loud that we had to almost shout at each other over lunch which was far from ideal. I left with a headache. They should sit groups of that size (approx 15ppl) in a separate room or section it off
My first really good meal in London. Everything was good. A good place.
Was a bit too much light for my romantic evening but the food (the most important bit) and the service was amazing
Great service and atmosphere. Food was slight salty but was delicious. Would love to be back again
Fijne relaxte setting, eten en wijnselectie waren goed. Ietwat prijzig qua eten vs kwaliteit maar overall erg positief over Harwood Arms!
Great game-centred menu, lovely pub atmosphere, friendly staff
Food was lovely and service outstanding (100% recommend!) but the atmosphere was ruined by a very, very loud and quite drunk table. A few other groups kept looking over at them, as well as the staff and folks behind the pass at the bar, but no one said anything. It would be great if the staff had asked them to keep it down a little bit.
Again, I would definitely recommend going to the Harwood Arms for lunch. Lovely staff, great food, and superb value for money for a Michelin started restaurant!
Vegetarian menu is a very good idea and nice to see it prices differently to meat/seafood options
Food was excellent
We travelled from Ireland and booked before our trip. We were staying close so it was great to find such a brilliant restaurant tucked away in a side street. The ambiance was great and the staff so friendly. And of course the food. Possibly the best food we have eaten.
Was wonderful but beware of the parking restrictions
My wife had her car towed and we even asked the waiter if we could park outside. He said not without a permit and recommended that she park on a single yellow down the road. When we came back to the car it had been towed and cost £265 to get it back..!!!! You can only park on a single yellow here after 10pm..!!!
While the food was reasonably good the service was slow and I had to call the waitress on a number of occasions myself. It also took an inordinately long time for our main course to arrive and when it did it looked like it was sitting on the pass for a long time. Not the experience I was hoping for. Also the waiter on that night had no charm whatsoever and needs to understand that a smile goes a long way. I would not recommend this restaurant or return.
Had the Sunday roast and was not disappointed. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent, then even called us a cab!
Fantastic food, drink and service but in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I can't fault it.
Always consistently good food! Would recommend and definitely go back
Fantastic place that I already visited a couple of times in the past.
Great sunday roast, great athmosphere and and very friendly stuff.
