The service was excellent. I had the Sunday Roast Beef which was disappointing as it was very chewy without much taste. The Yorkshire Pudding was also disappointing as it was doughy. Roast potatoes were very nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Veg and gravy also very nice.

Probably my favourite steaks in London. My only gripe is the desserts are a bit 'meh' and only 2-3 good starters.

Overall the atmosphere was a little strange as it was lunchtime and very quiet, but still enjoyable.

Amazing service by our waiter Mishi he went above and beyond to help with the menu. He was very funny and made our experience. What a lovely touch to personalise the dessert of the birthday boy- can’t thank him enough we will be back! Steak and wine were perfect 👌

I would very confidently say that if anyone likes to have Steak then you can't afford to miss this place. They never disappoint. To add to the great food the service is excellent, Drinks are just great and not to forget there is great history for this place. Bottom line . . .worth visiting.

Great steak restaurant. Particularly good value on Monday nights when corkage charge is reduced to £5 per bottle. We brought 3.

This was a 70th birthday present for my husband, from our son. We origianlly booked for 6.30 but rang to see if we could change to 5.30. The receptionist was delightful and was so helpful to us. From the arrival to the end the staff were fantastic - bubbly, fun, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing and we were even presented with three chocolates on a plate with Happy Birthday written in chocolate and a candle. Can't wait to return.

the steaks are good, but not amazing. per head we paid £70 with no wine or even soft drinks, and i thought thats not really good value at all. its a hard sell for to me go again.

For this American it was a delightful authentic English Sunday Lunch. Very much enjoyed. Roast was just a tad tougher than I would expect but flavorful nonetheless.
