Sadly not as good as it used to be - meat still high quality, but sides and veg were flavourless, heavy, and oily, which is a real shame, especially at these prices.

Had Sunday lunch here for my birthday, with friends and family. Attentive staff, nice relaxed environment and only £21 for the best Sunday roast I've eaten. As you'd expect, the beef was superb. Excellent value, and they could easily charge more. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely food, Sunday Lunch looked amazing and my partner said it was delicious. My steak was perfect too, cooked just right. For the price though I would have thought at least one side and / or sauce would be included, and there wasn’t a great variety of sides that I liked, but that’s personal taste I suppose. The drinks were nice, but again not many I liked, I prefer Vodka, and no Vodka cocktails but overall it was lovely. Great service, speedy food delivery and very relaxed atmosphere. Would come again.

Excellent Sunday lunch had here last week...gorgeous, classy restaurant but no airs and graces about it. We didn't have starters or desserts but the lunch was enormous and so delicious! Yorkshire pudding the size of your hand! For such a lovely restaurant I thought it was great value; £21. I pay £18 at any standard London pub. Drinks and extras are where you'll end up spending so keep it simple and you won't end up overspending.
Having said that it would be a great restaurant to spend some time and utilise the wine list they have.
Zero complaints, I've actually rebooked for next week!!

The food was great but we have been waiting 15' to be seated (despite our reservation) and then 40' wait for the food. Also too loud to have a conversation.
It's a shame because the steak was amazing and our waitress really nice.

Hawksmoor came recommended and it certainly lived up to the pre-dining expectations in every way. Staff, food and drinks were all outstanding, however, a bit pricey (not unexpected for Knightsbridge) but worth it for a celebration.

I booked Hawksmoor for my birhday, and although the food was amazing, my husband and l felt the bar area was very disappointing, compared to other places in London, of this standard!! We have a better bar at home!!!!

The food was excellent but why I cant give it 5 stars is simply the cost at £174 for two with no desert or coffee and a shared starter !
We did each have the Dover sole and a bottle of wine ( £50 ) but the side dishes and the overall cost of the meal is just too much
Last week at LE Gavroche a full 4 course meal for 2 including a bottle of very good wine was £146 !! in total

Seriously the best grilled scallops I have ever had. Everyone was ordering Sunday roast, which looked amazing, but the scallops are not to be missed whatever day you dine here! Paired with a side of spiced carrots it was heaven.

We always enjoy dinner at Hawskmoor which ever branch we visit from the welcome to the food its always consistent and that's rare.
The Hawksmoor Knightbridge is a haven of peace just of the Brompton Road. We arrived at 5pm just as dinner service began, it was busy but service was efficient. We had the scallops and mussels to start both were delicious. My husband always has fillet steak with 2 fried eggs and chips I had the hake with garlic oil with spiced carrots again both excellent. there was no room for pudding but the salted caramel rolos always go down well with coffee! If I had to pick the scallops were the standout dish today.
Can't fault it!

Service was pretty patchy with the Waitress getting our order wrong. The bill came and we had to go through line by line as we had been overcharged and also had a substantial 12.5% gratuity added that we asked to be removed as this wasn't reflected in the service we received.

Food was very good though

My bf and I went to Hawksmoor Knightsbridge for the first time and we loved it! Tbh we didn't know what to expect as we thought that it looked kind of "pubby" from the picture but we were pleasantly surprised! From the service to the drinks and food, everything was absolutely delicious and perfect! Their wine selection and knowledge is really good and we had one of the chief waiter explained to us the different wines and their origins. The food was absolutely marvellous and in good sizes too! So yup! Overall we had a very enjoyable Sunday dinner. We'd go back again and recommend it to anyone!

Poor quality of meat - ordered a fillet medium and it came out incredibly tough. We told the waiter who took away the plate, when it got brought back everyone else had finished and the sides were cold. We then ended up not being to have dessert as we had a 730pm booking for celebrations elsewhere.

Not ideal when it was the birthday boy who had to suffer.

We enjoyed a delicious family dinner to celebrate my son's birthday. The service was particularly lovely, with just the right balance of information, friendliness and attention to detail. Even after our server knocked over a bottle of water, we still liked her. it was a nice touch to write 'Happy Birthday' on the cheese board and even nicer to enjoy the free glass of port.

Lovely decor. Attentive waiters (although sometimes not available). Protein is filling anyway and so we couldn’t finish the 400g rib-eye steaks. My husband and I both had the crab starter. He had the rib-eye with two fried eggs. I had the rib-eye with the bone marrow sauce (a bit too salty), creamed spinach (mega yum) - we shared a portion of triple-cooked chips (great). We both managed about half of our steaks, and couldn’t finish the chips and spinach, despite all being yummy. I suggest two people share a 400g steak with separate sides.

Fabulous steak and chips! Had the express menu which was fantastic value. Puddings to die for. Excellent service. Staff completely on the ball regarding my mother’s allergy and explained the ingredients fully, down to the homemade ketchup (which by the way was gorgeous). Will definitely be back. Thank you Hawksmoor.

I booked Hawksmoor Knightsbridge for my partner's birthday and had a lovely time. One of the best steaks I have had and the service was top class all evening. It's on the pricey side for us but for a special occasion was well worth it and we were made to feel very welcome by the front of house guy who recommended what turned out to be a very good pick me up cocktail. I like the fact that while this is an upmarket restaurant it has a very informal feel to it and the ambiance was perfect. We would certainly return in future.
