Hawksmoor Seven Dials Ratings and Reviews
Always excellent after several visits steaks unbeatable succulent buttery and cooked exactly as ordered, sides are fantastic(especially the triple cooked chips) and staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Not cheap but what is that is this good,it is worth every red cent.
Can't wait now for them to open in Edinburgh 300 miles nearer to us.
3 course set lunch with a cocktail is an incredible value. The quality of the steak and Yorkshire pudding is top notch. The steak was nicely charred and yet pink in the middle. The sticky toffee sundae taste as good as it sounds. Tad noisy when the restaurant is full but great atmosphere esp if you have a group.
I have been to Hawksmoor seven dials a few times but this was the first time in a Sunday and the roast was fantastic! Amazing quality taste and value!
I would also like to say that the staff were just wonderful. I was with friends who had children, which can be a nightmare and the team were
Friendly, understanding and accommodating without fault! A refreshing change!
Hawksmoor came highly recommended and lived up to expectations as this was my first, but definitely not last trip. Little pricey, but definitely worth it. We had a few drinks in the bar beforehand and then dinner (would highly recommend the creamed spinach) and all the staff were very friendly.
This was a return visit and as ever it did not disappoint. We love the bar area of Seven Dials, in fact next time we may chose to have a slightly different experience and eat from the bar menu as the room is very cosy. Once through to the main restaurant which is a lot more open and very buzzy, our food orders were taken. We knew exactly what we wanted this time so didn't quiz the waitron aside to ask what weights were available for the shared porterhouse. From the initial booking, to the reminder communications in between, to arrival and throughout the dining experience it is again a 10/10. It is pricey but it's worth it, for the next special occasion we will be back.
Post theatre dinner with a wonderful steak selection. Both Rib-eye and fillet were succulent, tasty and expertly cooked. Sides were well cooked and complemented the mains, wine list well selected and not extortionate in price, although not cheap. Service excellent and although restaurant was noisy it was not overly intrusive.
We went here for my son’s 13th Birthday. From the moment we arrived he was made to feel special and really made the occasion. The food and wine were perfect. I can highly recommend the macaroni cheese, it was yo die for. We literally had to roll ourselves out of the restaurant to the theatre we enjoyed it so much.
The 12.50 % optional service charge bit too much.
Written on the bill puts the customer in awkward position feeling that it has to be paid.
Being a waiter my self i know that for such a nice restaurant customers will generously give a good tip.
Me and my two friends came here a little over a year ago, and it was an absolute revelation to us. This second event, we were placed on the exact same table, and just happened to take the exact same seats. Somehow, someway, the food was even better than we all remembered it, and it reclaimed its place as our collective 'Best Night Ever'. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for: Some of the best food in London.
Perfect food, perfect cocktails and wonderful and attentive service. I wish I could make this a nightly event.
