    Celebrating a 60th birthday and Hawksmoor Seven Dials exceeded our already high expectations. Great atmosphere throughout our stay. Server, (Sergio)was very helpful re good and drink choices and attentive. Fillet steak was absolutely delicious - cooked to perfection and huge! Steak Diane was also excellent. Peanut butter shortbread was amazing. We received a free round of drinks to celebrate birthday - sour cherry Negroni was to die for. Fabulous evening - all staff were great, but a special mention again for Sergio.

    As always we have had an awesome experience with the Hawksmoor Team, no matter which venue we choose. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating to our dietary requirements without making any fuss. The level of service is uncommonly and consistently outstanding. The food and wine impeccable. Always considered a treat.

    It’s a nice restaurant, very ambient and the waiter was incredible. I don’t think my water or wine ever got less than half full before he was filling it up again. The food however was mediocre, basic and overpriced. We essentially paid over £100 for steak and chips. I was hoping for some massive, chunky chips and nice vegetables cooked in garlic, but sadly not. Just regular chips and no veg. A fillet will set you back over £40 and any additional sides are £6.50 which I consider excessive considering the quality. So overall it’s nice but not that nice

    First seated by a table of loud, drunk businessmen but were quickly moved well away. Staff all very engaged with diners and constantly surveying tables for any needed service. Food and wine were excellent, a bit pricey, but the beef cut was premium quality. Place filled quickly but noise level stayed fairly moderate - loud table was subdued somehow at a point - and service remained excellent. Would definitely recommend if you like steak.

    Great service, great atmosphere and great food. I don’t eat meat and booked the dinner as a treat for my husband and son who loved it. Great vegetarian and dish options ( and martinis ) !

    Lovely service, staff was very nice, busy and bustling vibe. Unfortunately, 3 of our 4 steaks were overcooked - for a place specialising in steak this was quite disappointing.

    Thank you for everything. We had a lovely quiet ish table which meant I could mostly hear my friend, I have just found out I am going deaf, so that is really helpful. My friend has just landed his dream role in Barcelona so it was a celebration, he loved the chocolate on the plate writing. Lovely touch. Food and service EXCEPTIONAL and one never goes wrong with a shakey Pete. Thank you guys

    Very loud to the point where the waitress misheard a starter order and we received the wrong one. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Have eaten tastier burgers in GBK Burger. Definitely not value for money.

    Good location. Excellent steaks. Everything seemed to be an extra for the food. but that's they way they price it so be aware. Service was attentive until we said we had finished our meal, then it was difficult to get anyone to bring us the bill, which was annoying. Otherwise a very good lunch.

    Food was great, service really efficient and friendly and we were well looked after. Brought our own wine which was decanted for us ahead of us sitting at the table so credit where it's due. Really enjoyed it.

    Great department anniversary lunch. Couple of no-shows, dealt with superbly by the team, Floriane absolutely charming and professional. Lovely lovely lunch.     Disapointed to be told roast dinners had run out when we arrived and even more disapointed to see others who sat down after us received a roast and Yorkshire puddings Drinks an olives were slow to arrive,steak was not that hot but we were so hungry by the time it came to table we didn't want to wait again,would not visit Covent garden restaurant again,also the dining room is way too hot

    Staff were amazing, had 2 kids with us and even though they were well behaved still found the staff very helpful and understanding to that fact. The food was amazing, staff very friendly from start to finish before we even finished desert we were planning to come back another time. Atmosphere was very friendly, chilled Sunday vibes

    Unfortunately our bone marrow graving we ordered with our steaks tasted only of salt, i I mean a lot of salt. When we raised the issue with the waiter he was not that interested. Also £6.75 for a small can of lager is just not on.

    Had Sunday Lunch here a long time ago which was good but very noisy. Last night the noise level was such that you had to almost shout across the table, despite being quite early (4.00pm). The staff were very welcoming and obliging. The starters were very good (Crab on Toast and Caeser Salad) The T Bone steak - not quite large enough for 2 so supplemented with a Fillet - were overdone (ordered rare to medium) - rather disappointing for a restaurant specialising in steaks. I had a very nice treacle tart to finish.

    Second time dining at Hawksmoor, first time Air Street Venue. Really did not disappoint. Staff friendly, food amazing and venue has a classic feel. Yes pricy, but then no more than some similar establishments which I haven't enjoyed. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Great job TEAM Hawksmoor 👏🏼

    I love going to the Hawksmoor and visit several times a year at various branches. This time around, we went on a Friday early evening for the Express menu which is always very good value. However we were disappointed that it took 20 mins between the starter and main course to arrive and then we were missing a side and had to chase twice for it (this was eventually taken off the bill as a goodwill gesture from our server). We ordered three rump steaks all medium rare and they were all closer to medium/medium well and very tough to cut and has lots of sinew. I usually love all of the different cuts of steak in the Hawksmoor (the Porterhouse is my fave) but on this occasion it was well below par. We didn't have time to send the steaks back as they had taken a while to reach us and we needed to make another appointment. I have still given the restaurant 4 stars overall for this visit as I do enjoy the food mostly and the service and atmosphere is always great. I'm due back at the Seven Dials branch in a couple of weeks and hope that we have a slightly better experience so that I can give you the 5 stars that you definitely deserve.

    Service was a bit slow for a pre-theatre meal. We ordered tow courses at about 6.10, but the main course did not arrive until 7.00, when we had to leave for the theatre at 7.20. Food was nice. Wine was overpriced (the cheapest red wine being £37.50).
