Hawksmoor Seven Dials
The 142-cover restaurant serves generously sized steaks, simply cooked on a real charcoal grill.
Situated in the heart of London's Theatreland, Hawksmoor Seven Dials also has express pre and post theatre menus. The bar is ideal for casual burgers and hot dogs or for some of the best cocktails in London, including old school drinks and new.
Our bar is open between the hours of 3:00pm and 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Guests are welcome to dine in our bar which serves the full a la carte menu.
Please call the restaurant directly on 0207 420 9390 if you would like to reserve a table in the bar during this time.
The meat wasnt good, we paid £120 for 2 people for chateaubriand and the meat wasnt as expected, really cold and not tasty at all, poor quality cut.
Is the second time it happens, im not longer customer of Hawsmoor.
Great food and atmosphere. Service very good but need to reduce drink prices
Fantastic meal in great surroundings. Very attentive staff made the birthday celebration a little more special.
Birthday treat for me friend. We had a great time. Service was fabulous and food delicious.
Food is all great. Marta, or server was outstanding. Only complaint was that 80 minutes into our dinner, the main dishes still had not arrived.
Good food and reasonably priced for West end. That’s not saying the that the West end isn’t massively overpriced
At the top end of our budget but well worth the treat for special occasions.
My favourite restaurant in London! I love it here and experience is always top notch , the food heavenly and my personal favourite Shaky Pete Cocktail for a gingery zesty delight.
Great food, pricey but to be expected. Lovely staff, only issue was they said the starters we ordered weren’t prepared so would take an hour (so we chose something else). Out of the wine we ordered too, but found another one which was great. Great pre theatre meal
They had trouble finding our reservation. The prime rib had 45% fat and gristle. Seating is cramped.
We had a lovely meal here there was just two of us and we went for the pre theatre express menu! We both went for the steak followed by the steamy toffee pudding and it was deliousios! Our waitress was lovely and the wines were very well priced. We were in and out quickly which is what we had asked as we had to see a friend before attending the theatre! I will deffiently be recommending it to all my friends and already look forward to our next visit!
Overpriced. Unfortunately 9our beloved Hawksmoor has gone the way of chains and gone for growth over quality. Over salted steak, poor cut, mediocre sides and service that knew as much about steak as a McDonald’s attendant. I will not be returning.
You can always count on good service at Hawksmoor. On this particular occasion my fillet steak wasn't the best - however my co-diner seem to get a very good one.
Hawksmoor was surprisingly relaxed, the staff were casually dressed and there were no airs or graces. I like that. The menu is extensive for a carnivore! We arrived at 5.30pm so took up the three course set meal offer (available before 6.30pm). The food was lovely and the service very good. The set meal at £29.95 (plus an extra £6 for tail fillet) was good value. My only concern is that if ordering from the main menu the steaks are overpriced and the selected cuts of meat very expensive. The drinks are a little pricey too, with £5 for half of pale ale and the cheapest house wine £8 a glass. I would definitely go back, but only to have the set menu again.
The quality of the food was excellent as was the service. To anybody who enjoys steak I would highly recommend Hawksmoor.
Always delicious - from the cocktails to the steaks and sides to the sticky toffee pudding. Had family from Texas visiting and they claimed it was the best meal they'd had in London and a top steak in their books. Pleased I could bring them somewhere I love so much and know it would meet (or exceed) expectations.
It was a before theatre meal , and both myself and my Wife thoroughly enjoyed it .
Friendly efficient service and very good food and Wine .
Fantastic meal and would definitely go back
We arrived late as went to the theatre but no one rushed us .. still plenty of diners there when we left at midnight !
Great service, nice people - amazing food. their Steaks ARE there best in London in my mind! Love the place - big fan!
Great service, best steak and brilliant atmosphere. Will definitely go again
Best Sunday roast available in London. Would highly recommend
Very popular and noisy.
Not cosy as seating is very open.
No views as underground.
Costs an arm and a leg.
Too noisy food was very good service friendly expensive but worth it
Excellent meal , perfect for a dinner with friends
Amazing meal. Have been a regular and never disappointed
As always Hawksmoor didnt disappoint and everything was perfect.
We’ve been before so decided to go again as the first time was great. Unfortunately wasn’t as great as the first time. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday. It served its purpose (singing happy birthday) but was poor in taste and the strawberry’s on top were still frozen. But this was taken off the bill. My daughter and I had fillet. Just had far to much salt on. I’d still return though.
Food was great! Service was amazing ! Staff go the extra mile with food recommendations.
Im not a sticky toffee pudding kind of girl but they told me it was the most popular dessert and I am now converted!
Although slightly expensive - worth every penny!
Service and food as good as ever. Seven dials is in a great location.
Best food we’ve had in a long time, and we eat out often!
Superb meal, skipped the starter and all four of us had porterhouse steak, spinach and mushrooms.
Made the day
Incredible steak, best i have ever had.
A little on the pricey side but for what you get you can't really complain as the food is exquisite.
I would recommend for the quality of food, but it is really noisy
I would definitely come back. My T bone was juicy and full of flavour.
Very very good food. Also the non meat options are very tasty. Lovely waiters.
Perfect for a meet up between friends. Excellent whisky, best steak in town & attentive staff. Definitely a treat. Came away feeling very happy with myself indeed. Will certainly be back.
The food was ok in parts but the steaks were overdone. The atmosphere was too noisy, more a pub lunch experience than restaurant dining. I will not be returning...
Had the pre-theatre meal. We had the Yorkshire pudding, steak and peanut butter biscuit. Food and service was excellent.
One of our steaks was slightly overcooked, our waiter picked up on this and organised a replacement meal without a fuss. The service was atentive to just the right level and we will be back in the future.
