The casual beach-themed establishments feature music, sports on large flat screens, and a menu that includes seafood, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and of course, Hooters original chicken wings. Others have arrived, departed, and even flat out copied our formula, but we remain the genuine original!
Hooters is proud to have created a globally recognized icon. Obviously we’re talking about the owl in our logo. But in addition to that, the Hooters Girl has become a phenomenon of her own. Hooters Girls are the very essence of Hooters. Trained to excel in customer service, they provide the energy, charisma and engaging conversation that keep guests coming back. Much more than just a pretty face, Hooters girls have game. They’re intelligent and attentive.
Girls were hectic but still managed to get food and drinks in good time.
Food was very good. Can't go wrong with the burgers and wings👌🏻
Booked a table for 2, turned up on time, there were plenty of tables but they tried to sit us on a stool style bar table next to the kitchen. I asked to move tables to a normal table and the waitress refused despite many tables being free.
So we left and spent £60 on a lovely meal at Rub Smokehouse.
Superb atmosphere and great staff, if you want a taste of American food then get yourself here
On arrival we were welcomed very coldly, not even a smile, our reserved table wasn't reserved, one of our meals had to be chased up, was left alone for a long time when we wanted the bill, no response to a complaint email or complaint tweet. Really disappointed.
Nice food and service, not really for families except on Sundays (if the football isn't on)
But good place overall.
A few of the waitresses had an attitude and wasn't very friendly or welcoming at all (Holly in particular). Food is great though, good value.
When we dined the restaurant was really busy, with lots of big groups dining too! Service was still great and although we had to wait slightly, the staff were apologetic and we didn't mind! Food was really good, great for big eaters!!
Friendly girls all smiling nothing is to much trouble. We had great service in a happy atmosphere. The food was great will always recommend to others
We had a booking for 11pm, from the website gaged it wouldn't be an issue. Couldn't be more wrong, all the staff except our waitress were rude and glared at us & made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.
The staff couldn't wait for us go. If you don't want people in the restaurant at this time you should have last bookings at 9.30/10pm, we even turned up early meaning they could finish earlier.
On the whole terrible service, shall never dine in a Hooter anywhere again, tarnished the brand in my perspective...!
Only plus was our waitress who at least half attempted to be interested, but wasn't impressed with the service charge applied either, that would imply you went above and beyond and earnt it, but at this point I couldbg be bothered to argue it!
Do apologise on our behalf for preventing the team from hitting the bars of nottingham earlier than they had planned!
Slightly disappointed that 3 things i ordered from the menu where not available , we had to wait over an hour to get our starters and then mine had to go back and had a further wait as they had put cheese in it.
The food we did have was great, plenty of it!
And our waitress 'katie' was fantastic an absolute star.
We used the restaurant as a pre-match meet venue for Watford fans prior to playing N. Forest.
The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant, beer, food, nice ladies and sport on the TV - what else could a young man wish for?
Great place, chicken wings offer is great value, but the beer is always flat so this lets it down
Went here a while ago for a stag doo lunch and had a great time.
This last time I took my wife as she loves the food so much. We had a great time.
Obviously not romantic but good fun and good food.
The food made me and my friends ill and we could not enjoy our night as we were in bed. Unfortunately we will not be eating there again.
Good but beer was flat, re ordered then were flat again. Bar maid said they have this complaint all the time.
Love the food and atmosphere girls are great was very busy but still got looked after
We went on a Saturday and were very glad that we booked online! By 1pm the place was swarming with people and the queue was out of the door!
Fantastic food, the girls were really friendly and chatty.
Highly recommend...just go early on a Saturday morning!
Lydia was great and the food was fab the service was great and the girls were friendly. It's just a shame there's not one where I live I'd visit a lot more
Fantastic food as always, leaving full to the brim :) service was slow but expected as the restaurant is so busy so wasn't too much of a downer! The waitress had a bit of an attitude towards us all and made us feel slightly uncomfortable but she wasn't horrible, maybe she'd just had a rubbish day!
Overall - great will be going again, and again, and again! 😁
This restaurant has a good service and food taste. But the crowding makes me annoying a little bit. In terms of price, the à la carte order might be cheaper than unlimited meal.
Booked on a football day which probably helped the atmosphere and hindered the service. The food was very good but a little pricey for what you get if compared to equivelint establishments. Great for a treat but you can see why it has become a shrinking chain.
Great food, great service, really friendly atmosphere and beautiful waitresses ;)
Excellent venue, shame about the noise - but then it was Saturday lunchtime, and footie was on the telly.
Great food, great atmosphere, great girls!
