What a great experience. The atmosphere was unmatched and beautiful. It wasn’t too loud and I was taken care of by the staff. The food was also amazing. Great time.

I went in for an anniversary dinner, it happened to be restaurant week seemed like a good idea. The portions were ridiculously small due to restaurant week or you would assume a restaurant would try to impress new customers. Overall underwhelming, service was horrible not slow just not attentive whatsoever will probably not revisit.

Il Cielo was a treat, as always. Did the Dine LA menu and it was all delicious. Ambiance is always charming and service was excellent.

The food was very good. The service was not. They asked if we wanted dessert before we even got our meal so clearly no one was paying attention and they asked if we wanted more water after an hour. I had a Diet Coke and was never offered a refill. It was our 26th wedding anniversary and the host said congratulations as it was in the notes but the staff did nothing special at all. Not impressed and won’t be going again.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, especially considering the expectations and price point of the restaurant. Our waiter brought us the wrong order. When we reconfirmed with him, he assured us that the item was correct, but when we received the bill, we discovered that the dish was not what we had ordered. Throughout the meal, the service also felt disorganized. Each time a plate was brought to the table, the server had to ask who ordered it, which was surprising as I would expect the staff to know which seat ordered each dish. We also had to repeatedly ask for water refills. Our table’s candle went out during the meal, and the waiter neither relit it nor replaced it, even though I noticed this was done for other tables. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations either. The filet mignon was overcooked and did not have the quality I expected. Overall, I expected a much higher level of service and food quality from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to those expectations, and I would not return.

We went during the dinela week, and loved our experience . I had branzino, which was wonderful . My husband raved about the white truffle tagliatelle. The desserts we chose--tiramisu and panna cotta--were sublime.

My group had a wonderful time at Il Cielo. The restaurant (inside and on the patio) is very pretty. We had the branzino and filet mignon and both dishes were prepared beautifully. Our waiter was attentive and the restaurant staff was welcoming and attending to our table throughout the meal. We will definitely go back!

Limited street parking. Valet parking availble. Love the outdoor ambience. We were there for DineLA dinner. The pasta first course, steak second course, and the chocolate heart dessert [$10 extra] were all very good. My wife had the branzino which she liked, plus the excellent panna cotta dessert. It took awhile to get our bills at the end of the meal.
