Went and sat in a restaurant. Was kinda surreal but the restaurant is very nice. I had the burger and croquettes, which were ok. I’d recommend it but I’d try something else next time. Also didn’t have dinner or brunch there. Feel like those menus are stronger.

I really wanted to like Industriel. I ordered “the Perfect Cocktail”, which was delicious, but why did the salad come before it? My husband and I split the Fall Harvest salad, which was also delicious. I had hardly started my half when the waiter came to assure us that our main courses would be coming up quickly. I said we’re not really in such a rush. Then the mains came. My Moroccan Chicken had something that felt and tasted like a raw potato. I asked what was in it, and the waiter said those were heirloom potatoes. They were all raw or nearly so. He assured me he’d tell the chef, and disappeared. Then we decided we had time for dessert. We waited and waited, and then were told that they were heating it up. We finally asked to skip dessert and asked for the check. The dessert came shortly thereafter, and it was cold. Chocolate tart with pear and spiced caramel. Spiced meaning chile, not cinnamon. It was hot hot hot. Then we asked again, twice, for our check, and ended up walking up to the cash register to pay. Wow, what a disappointment!

Slow service for a slow night, the prime rib came out well-done.. when I asked for it to be cooked rare, as a prime rib typically is prepared, they informed me they could not cook it below medium. While highly skeptical of this assertion, I agreed to a medium as I did not want to become a problem customer. Needless to say, the medium was grey and tough. I will not be going back for this over-priced and over-cooked abomination

It was really fun, and tasty. I will say that the food was better in"taste" than it was in preparation. By that I mean, small things such as the shrimp dish we had tasted wonderful, but the shrimp was poorly shelled and so we both ended up with some shrimp shell in our mouths. I would go again, but expect a bit less.

On the plus side, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the waiter was helpful in answering our questions. I ordered the Industriel burger w/o a bun, which was good but expensive at $18, and my husband ordered the Taiwanese Short Rib which was mediocre in flavor and needed additional seasoning. What turned me off was that when we asked if we could replace the crostini with vegetables to go with the baked brie appetizer, as I need to eat gluten-free, the chef said it would be an additional $7 charge for them, on top of the $15 for the baked brie itself, so we declined to get the dish. Our impression of the restaurant was that the food was mediocre and overpriced, and we would not recommend eating there.

We had an 8 o'clock reservation and arrived about 8 minutes late. A waiter said the host would be with us shortly. When he got to the podium he ignored us we can had to wave him down and we were the only people in the waiting Room. I let him know we had a reservation for 8 o'clock and he said it would be about 15 minutes. I asked him to offer us an appetizer while we waited and he snorted at me and said no in very rude voice. He made no apologies or offered no accommodations for running late. Once we were seated, we had multiple people coming up to our table asking us if we were OK over and over again essentially interrupting us but never offering us a complimentary drink or an appetizer even though they seemed to know that they had been rude by the very fact that they kept asking if we were OK. The food was pretty good although was very rich. We had shrimp that were swimming in oil although was tasty oil and short rib that was more like a stew an incredibly rich. The Caesar salad dressing was on the mayonaisy side of thickness. Our actual waiter was very nice and did his best to smooth out the service.
The atmosphere tried to be farmhouse industrial chic but didn't have enough warmth in it or industrial to achieve either. It felt like we were in a slightly unfinished factory setting.
Over all it wasn't enjoyable enough to want to go back.
Hi Nina, you waited 5 mins after arriving. The host prepared your table which took 2 mins. You misunderstood the host when he smiled and told you we do not bring food out while customers wait in the lounge as a policy. We keep checking on guests because we work as a team and want to make sure they are taken care of. Our shrimp and rib are very popular dishes. Our industrial décor & ambience are also well liked around LA. We understand we cannot cater to everyone’s tastes. Thank you for coming.

After we arrived on time for our 8pm reservation for DineLA, we were promptly seated and began the switching between two waiters each who thought they'd be our main POC for the night. They'd duplicate ask on drinks, menu selections, and if we wanted to have additional round of drinks. We received our app relatively quickly only for then to wait to receive our 3 entrees over an hour later. After asking *both* waiters where our food was and seeing all other tables served around us, they explained we were just next on the line before bringing us our food around 9:45pm. As we were still eating our entrees, they said that it was time for dessert and brought out the plates while my friend still had her entree plate. The servers then brought the check while we were still eating dessert and continued to check it while we were finishing it and our drinks. We finally paid and left at 10:30pm, only then realizing that they "closed" at 10pm - at least it helped explain why they push us out the door. Food was alright - the kale salad was slightly overdressed, entree of the ribs was more soupy than anything and the chocolate tart was fine. Altogether not a pleasing experience.

Dependable, reasonably priced restaurant with delicious food. Everything we ate was very good. Service was good; we needed to be out early to get to a concert and the servers were attentive and met our needs. We've been here a number of times before and will return again.

Our family of four had dinner at Industriel for the first night of Dine LA. Fine dining with good energy at a bargain ($29 covered a kale salad, leg of lamb with couscous and mashed sweet potato as my main dish, and a star fruit pane cotta for dessert). All good. Service was attentive and gracious. Overall, a great start to my family's Friday evening festivities.

The potatoes were amazing!!!! Charred onions and in cream sauce. The gnocchi just melted in your mouth. The salmon was so good I ate the blackened skin. Delicious!! And the best bread pudding I ever had. I will be back again! The waiter was great too. I wish I could remember his name. There was a table of 4 young woman who were very very loud. My only complaint.

Food was very good. Drinks delicious too. Brussel sprouts were amazing, as was the Morrocan Chicken and Harvest Salad. The restaurant was very cold when we first got there but the staff was kind enough to make it warmer. Nice urban environment and space. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately it must have been an off night because nothing really went right from the time we were seated. We’re not very picky and had to send three drinks back then cancel our food because of how long it was taking.

We had a great lunch, as usual, though service was a little slow, I guess because they were busy at lunch. Still loved the food though.
Unique decor, but the chairs are not all that comfortable. I like the natural wood of the floor, walls and tables, but the red chairs are more like old "diner-style" chairs. Not all that roomy and the tables are crammed in. Food is delicious.

Excellent meal, wonderful service and ambiance! We will be back! Felt like we were being hosted by old friends and it was our first visit! Everything was perfect...it has been a long time since I felt so at home and welcome at a restaurant with a hip vibe! Not that we are not cool or whatever, but often when in a fashionable urban place, it is easy to feel you don't measure up. The staff made us feel special like regulars and the food could not have been better. A member of our party had special dietary needs and was accommodated with ease and with many options. Thank you so much for a terrific evening and look forward to visiting again!
It was great, loved the service although I was expecting a little more on the food. The place was a little too loud for my tastes but there were some very loud people so I suppose that was my luck 🤷🏽♀️. Overall very nice, can not emphasize how much I loved the service, everyone was very nice!

Industriel is my all time favorite restaurant. A trip to LA would not be complete without a delicious meal at this incredible farm to table eatery.
The staff is awesome, feels like you are hanging out with good friends. The fact that it's the same staff each visit says a lot about Industriel as an employeer. Impressive all the way around.
Food was good but service was so slow and server who was new, was not at all familiar with the menu. He brought us the wrong meal, then we waited 25 minutes to get the correct order-an omelette and had only 10 minutes to eat it.
