Quiet Sunday night, Tyler excellent server, always quick and responsive.

My wife and I have been dining at Jackson's for 20 years usually for special occasions. As usual, the food, service and atmosphere was outstanding. We highly recommend for others.

Once again, we had a remarkable experience at Jackson's. The food was delicious and our waiter, Matthew, was simply the best.

Perfect date night. We enjoyed everything. Definitely recommend eating here. Tom could convince me to eat a piece of wood if he had to.

The staff was excellent including the waitress,Cathy, who made several very good recommendations. All staff wore masks and tables were properly spaced in a safe manner. The food was outstanding. My wife had the grouper and I had the Delmonico steak. The grilled asparagus was the best of the sides but the creamy mashed potatoes were also delicious. We had the single crab cake for an appetizer and wished we had ordered the double. Complements to the chef and staff for a wonderful anniversary meal.

We had Tyler as our waiter, he was fantastic. Very polite, knowledgeable and offered suggestions in regards to menu items.

The food was incredible. Steak was cooked perfectly. Everything was fantastic.

Everyone was very polite. Overall it’s definitely a 5 star restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit.

Four of us enjoy lunch there every month. A great tradition interrupted by the pandemic but we are back!

Love this place! Tanya was a wonderful server, but honestly all of their servers are amazing.

Everything was on point except for the Service. I had reservations for a friend because she has never been and I was blown away by the lack of personality and service we were given! Being in the Industry for 7 years I was shocked to see such poor service while paying $150 for a meal. Food was excellent and if it wasn’t for that I would never be back! It’s sad an upscale place such as Jackson’s would even hire someone who gives such awful service with very little people skills!

From parking (they have a private lot, call to access) to being welcomed it started out great. We had a wonderful appetizer (lobster tempura) with nice wine. For entrees one had petite tenderloin, fried green tomato, lump crab along with three cheese macaroni. The other had crab cakes with roasted corn relish and roasted brussel sprouts. We both enjoyed a great chocolate mousse with toffee and topped with berries. What a great way to celebrate having our Covid vaccinations! The server was excellent always ready to assist, but not hovering.

The only complaint I had was the distancing element. I didn’t feel there was enough space between seatings. Other than that, I loved it!

Amazing food and customer service, above and beyond expectations! My daughter really enjoyed her 21st birthday!

My wife had the filet with shrimp. She said the beef had almost no flavor.
I had the ribeye with crab meat and it was fabulous.
The service, Warren, was excellent!
I would go back but it's expensive if your wife isn't excited about the quality

The appetizers and steaks were phenomenal. The service was very good as well. The only downfall was the side that we had, the mac-n-cheese, was very dry like it had been reheated from earlier in the day and was not fresh.

The prime rib was cooked a little bit done to my liking of medium, but was excellent. Service top notch. Dessert was great as well.

Good choices were great and incredibly delicious. We go to Jackson’s whenever in Pensacola for a great date night. Highly recommend.

Girls Valentine’s Day dinner

Great food, excellent service, quiet atmosphere. Best brussel sprouts we’ve ever had. Loved the view of the park & proximity to shopping & the downtown area. My husband and I were a little uncomfortable with how close we were to other tables considering covid, but altogether we will definitely be back.

Always outstanding

We had the crab cakes. They were so fresh and tasty. The best I ever had and I am 67. Our server, Warren, was so cordial and by the end of our superb dining experience he was more like a friend. It was our second time at Jackson's and we will be back.

They need a refresh

The waiter bought our food out forgot our side. We had to begin eating before our food got cold. So we were unable to really eat the food together. The food was okay

It was wonderful to return to Jackson's after we got our 2nd COVID shot! It was the first place we went to eat out! The service was not up to par, but it was still great to be back.
