Very fresh fish!!!

Beautiful restaurant, comfortable seating, and good food at a reasonable price for downtown.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Over priced. Katana on Bay is way better sushi just a few blocks away. Same price range.

We were seated in the Orchid room which was such a treat.
Our waitress was fabulous and very attentive.

Definitely will be back.

Only real complaint would be the portion size for what they charge you.....$200 and still hungry!

I am sure they could make the portions larger and then everything would be perfect!

I’ve been to Ki quite a few times before for everyday dining. Overall, it’s a great place with good wine selection.

Quality on fusion snacks like pork belly or drumsticks tend to decline from when I started trying them years ago; although quality of sashimi and service remain excellent.

I would recommend this restaurant.

There was some confusion about the time of our reservation. I am not sure who had it wrong and it doesn't matter. The hostess was very snippy. Although she had lots of empty space she had to lecture me about being on time.

I almost left before enjoying the meal, the wine and our great waitress.

The food was incredible! Best sushi I have ever had. However the wait was just insane. We were waiting for 4 maki rolls for over 30 minutes. When you are on a business lunch and have other obligations after it quite inconvenient.
I will probably return but on my own time.

Everything was great, except for the noise. Way too loud, with obnoxious music also playing loudly, fixing people to talk even louder.

Our server was not very attentive the entire night, it was surprising because the restaurant was not very busy at all.

Sushi is the best in the city! Very fresh and so much flavour! Nurali was awesome and skillfully went over the menu and gave us the best recommendations!

One of the best Toronto dining experiences we have ever had. Food was INCREDIBLE and service was just as great. Will definitely be back soon!

Food quality was great as usual and server was excellent. Hiccups to get seated were annoying especially as both parties arrived on time and were seated in different corners of the resto, taken to wrong table or w/ inept staff not seeming to know where actual table location was despite confirming full reservation name and details, then reconfirming after several minutes of being established into the meal. May be a one-off as generally food/service is quite good here.

Great restaurant, super good food, excellent ambiance. My new go to spot in downtown Toronto. Discovered the sushi bar at the back...beautiful so Ill request a table there next time!

We will not go anywhere else in Toronto and watch all the new shiny places come and go. Ki is run by restaurant professionals not night club operators like most of Toronto.

If you have any food allergies, Ki will take care of you.

Delicious and amazing. Our server was very helpful and provided many suggestions that all turned out to be outstanding. Convinced us to try octopus and we enjoyed it!!

My wife’s steak was undercooked and had to go back. But the restaurant insisted on not charging us for it. That was the classy thing to do and more than makes up for the error.

This really is a unique Japanese restaurant experience

It was lovely and the staff was very accommodating as it was our daughter’s 19th birthday. Her name is Kiera but we always call her Ki for short and she loves sushi so it worked out perfectly. It was a bit expensive than expected but she’s with it 😉

We were on holiday and found this place by chance. The place is super fashion but I think best recommended for after work or business meal. Food was not good as expected for the price we paid, it was ok but had better quality for same money. The fish quality is good and fresh.

Great food and service. Loved having table by the window. Water glass was never empty. Amazing cocktails.

Good for a business lunch. Very obliging hostess gave us a table in the back when we asked for a quieter area. Excellent, unobtrusive service.

Tout les plats étaient excellent. Service impeccable. Les pétoncles étaient délicieuses, je les recommandes fortement. Les sushis en spécialités sont à découvrir.

Food was great. However, service left lots to be desired. Things started out fine, but partway through our dinner, our server just disappeared.

We had ordered a second bottle of wine. It was over 20 mins before he came by with it. By that point, we were finished eating, so we turned it away. We thought we were done as it had been over 30 mins since our last course came out. Our dishes were cleared and they started putting new ones out. We mentioned that we were done and they said we had another course coming.

After the final course, we ordered coffee and dessert. Our dessert came, but without cutlery/spoons. We waited and waited. We were able to catch him as he walked by and asked for spoons. He delivered them without apology.

Very disappointing considering the money we are spending and the choice of amazing restaurants we have in downtown.
