Very loud. Particularly if at the row of two tops near the bar. Focacia and chicken liver mousse were outstanding. Gnocchi was very good. Corn agnolotti was way over salted. No corn flavor. The over whelmed taste was of a toasty cheese bread. Would skip this dish. Desert was very good, but would think you'd place spoons instead of forks for any desert that include ice cream. Disappointed only one wine by bottle on menu. Overall would recommend, bur don't plan on having an intimate dinner for two.

We celebrated a birthday and had a brilliant diner. We ordered from the Wednesday nite Prix Fixe menu. Delicious! Highlights included the Tuna Credo Appetizer, Grilled Pork Coppa, and the German Sekt to go with the appetizers. Our server was excellent and very attentive to our questions about the wine list as well paying superb attention to us on what was a busy midweek night. This was our second visit to La Fía and we definitely will be back.

What an unexpected surprise in Wilmington! La Fia was within walking distance of our hotel on N. Market St. and it exceeded all expectations. The menu was eclectic and the food and service were both phenomenal. Our appetizer included a Tomato and Peach combination which was incredible. I had the Bronzino filet and my wife enjoyed the scallops. Our server was 100% on point and the bartender brought our drinks to the table which were also absolutely perfect. I can't recommend this place enough. SIX STARS!!!!

My wife and I go every couple of months. We love it. It is food you won't (or can't) make at home. It can get a little expensive with drinks but if you like interesting, well made food with really good service, (Natasha rules) GO! 10 out of 10, it's that good.

As always the food and service at La Fia is second to none. The menu covers all the bases and you will be hard pressed to not find something you desire. The wine list seems to offer more selection than the past and most selections are reasonably priced. Cocktails are always excellent and the vintage glassware is fun. This is a place not to be missed, however getting a reservation can be a challenge. Good luck, if you get one, you will not be disappointed.

Dining outside on a Wednesday evening was an absolute delight. Food flavor and presentation was outstanding with a good selection of dishes. The fixed price menu was excellent value. We also lucked out with an excellent singer over the road at the Queen to provide unexpected entertainment. Wilmington has changed for the better!
