Our experience at La Bocana was off-the-charts amazing. We went during the slow season (early September) so really didn’t need an OpenTable reservation. But Roberto knew we were coming and was waiting to welcome us as we walked down the path. Stunning location. Fabulous and attentive service. Roberto was warm, humorous, sincere, and interesting to talk to. The restaurant is beautifully done. Now the food: I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. This isn’t just a ceviche/aguachile/taco restaurant. You are in for a culinary experience. The presentation of the food and drinks is nothing short of artful. It is clear the chef has worked hard in crafting the menu, and he executes each dish with the caring and perfectionism of a master craftsman ensuring every plate meets his high standards. And it tastes even better than it looks. I am a serious foodie, and I am putting this in the top 3 Pantheon of my all time dining experiences. Thank you La Bocana! We will be back! A lot!

Delightful service and such tasty, interesting food in this beautiful, outdoor restaurant in the center of Loreto. We’ll definitely be back. Cocktails are excellent too!
