We had not been for a while but the quality of the food and the service have remained of the highest quality. We also really liked the soft jazz music in the background. It was like being on a date again. We will return more often.
the Library Bar is the place for me to go with friends since Day 1 of my arrival in Toronto. I like the ambiance, the decor, the service and the food. Even though now they changed the old Menu I used to like, such as French Onion Soup, Fish and Chips and the curry, I still feel the new Menu also...
The food was very tasty presented well and the service was very professional but also relaxing. The wine list for the most part to the expensive side, however, some very good wines moderately priced could be found.
Everything was very tasty and well presented --particularly the fries which were the best I've had in a very long time: lovely crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only misstep was the "sticky toffee pudding", which was rather dry --save for the generous portion of ice cream...
