The staff was super nice and helpful with a special birthday request and even helped me assemble a cake and hide things without any necessity. Very kind and nice staff, great food, great experience.

The chef runs round the mountains and the forest by themselves, wildflowers and wild plants in the spring and natural mushrooms in the summer decorate the menu. And during the hunting period of course, Jibei cuisine will be the leading role. Churrasco is originated from the barbeque cooked by brazilian cowboy "Gaucho". They grilled a big chunk of meat on a big skewer over "Fogo de Choao” (fire of the land) and ate it by carving with knife. "Tucanos" replicated Fogo deChoao.
