    Rob is always an incredible server! We have had him many times, he always goes the extra mile to make the experience incredible! Van Acre is our favorite restaurant, we have quite literally never had a bad meal! We really appreciate the consistency in experience, in food quality and hospitality. It was our wedding anniversary and the whole team never fails to add so many appreciated 'extras' to make the night special. Kudos to your whole team! (P.S. THANK YOU to your incredible Chef, I really appreciate the variety of GF options - its one of the few places I trust to honor allergies - it means a lot!!)

    This is a true Wisconsin supper club. It's been here for over 90 years, and it's history is part of the fun. The round "roller" solid oak bar is worth a look and a sit (if you can find a chair). Make a reservation; the place was packed on the Wed. night we visited. It totally makes sense that it's popular since the food is delicious plenteous, and the superb is excellent. It had the cracker crusted walleye which was amazing. Hubby loves (but is particular) about his French onion soup and declared this went into the top five category. We were happy we went.

    This was our first experience at Sorella and it did not disappoint! I enjoyed the special which was grilled swordfish over saffron risotto. Super delicious!! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Medow Farm organic steak with truffle parmesan potatoes along with brussel sprouts and bordelaise sauce. The steak was enough for 2 hungry appetites! He ordered it medium rare which was perfect to him. Our waiter Mustafa was delightful and very attentive. We secured a Wednesday 5:30 PM reservation in mid-September and during the time we were there, almost all the tables were used! Their reputation for excellent food has been confirmed! Highly recommend!

    Had another great dinner with an out-of-town guest at Bootleggers. There was a minor problem with one of our meals. The general manager, Mark, noticed it and corrected it. Just the kind of service we have come to expect at Bootleggers. Thank you, Mark.
