Superb food and service in a beautiful setting. Best meal we had in Berlin.

Great food and great service and a welcoming staff.

Flawless experience, from the warm hospitality by the host to honoring our request for a quieter table for my elderly family, really attentive wait staff and overall fantastic food and wine. Everything we ate was delicious! Pork cheeks, croquettes and scallops were absolutely beyond and the family couldn't stop raving about it. Also love the way they do the wine list, with creative names that help you understand the character of the wine, and the pairing with our food was just perfect. On our way in, two neighbor guys dining out front asked if it was our first time dining there, and said "you're going to love it" - they were right

KINK's courtyard feels like you've stumbled across a well-kept secret. The food and wine were excellent and creative. If we lived in Berlin, we would be regulars; as it is, we'll hope to visit again someday.

Das Problem liegt in der Koordination - die Serviceleitung muss besser greifen, das ist eine Frage der Einarbeitung, nicht des Personalbestands. Über rund 90 Minuten beobachteten wir, wie 20 bis 25 Gäste an der Tür abgewiesen wurden. Tische in unserer Nähe blieben die ganze Zeit frei. Was auch immer der Grund intern ist - das bleibt verlorener Umsatz und verlorenes Vertrauen. Glutenfreie Optionen sind rar. It fits this corner of Prenzlauer Berg without trying too hard. Staff are friendly and attentive. There is no shortage of them either. The problem is coordination - front-of-house management and training, not headcount. Over roughly 90 minutes, we watched 20 to 25 walk-in guests get turned away at the door. Tables near us stayed empty throughout. Whatever the reason internally, that is lost revenue and lost goodwill. Gluten-free options are limited. Staff were uncertain which dishes qualify - worth checking before you go if this matters to you. Book ahead. The food earns it. The operation has room to improve.
