    The food and drinks were excellent (and almost entirely locally-sourced!), and the service was even better! The owner made sure we enjoyed everything and had a great conversation with me and my family. Great staff and establishment. If I return to La Fortuna, I will make sure to eat here again.

    Excellent food and service from Charlie and Rolando. We had the tuna tartare to start and the crispy shrimp triple, both delicious, and for mains would recommend the beef tenderloin and grilled tuna steak. Lovely ambience, would recommend.

    The food was outstanding, and my steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent too, with the waiter attentive and happy to chat, but not over-bearing. The restaurant managed to capture the feeling that we were eating on the edge of the jungle, but in style and with some luxury. Not the cheapest place in La Fortuna, but outstanding value for money.
