Attentive staff throughout. Lunch was very good. Steak and ale pie excellent. Cajun chicken was a little uninspiring and not the warmest. Delighted with the added extras for my wife’s birthday.

This is a great wee find. We’ve been here a few times for brunch but today had lunch, and were able to bring our dog. We were Sat through the back so as not to disturb other diners and it was lovely and quiet. The food and service were both great!

Service was good, very pleasant waiting staff. Chicken burger was lovely, my colleagues x 3 all had macaroni cheese & it was a tad tasteless unfortunately. This was passed onto staff, apologies were made but no £ off the bill. Cheesecake lovely, creme brulee very small but nice.
