We stayed in Hotel on Saturday night, room was lovely and comfortable and the service we received at hotel was excellent, we had our meal booked, the staff were friendly, the food was beautiful, and i could not complain.
Staff were excellent. Setting was quiet and intimate and very relaxing.
The pumpkin risotto was sublime where the scallops were small, not properly seared and lacking of flavour.
Turbout was delicate although slightly over done.
Dessert hit the spot. It was light and refreshing.
I don't usually write reviews but when a restaurant is this good you need to shout it from the thatched roof. We went two nights in a row it's that good.
If you love seafood it will be up there with the best restaurant in Ireland but there is plenty on the menu even if fish is not your thing....
Great bit of grub. Was very busy, but food and service didn't lack anything. Shouldn't have had the caramel cheese cake, only because it was a week night and I didn't need the extra calories, but christ, it was worth every last calorie. I'll gladly suffer an extra long gym session to burn it off....
