    We had a beautiful evening. Our wait person CASEY was outstanding. It was polite, attentive with excellent communication. He was a breath of fresh air in today service environment. He represented Deep Blue with flying colors. The atmosphere and food were wonderful. Beautiful presentation and delicious. I specifically had the scallops and crab bisque. Timing of everything was perfect. The only suggest is to add a little more food or bread or salad with the entrees. Thank you for a wonderful time. Renee Hashinger and friends

    Great to treat my daughter who was visiting from out-of-state to an incredible meal. She had the shrimp & grits — loved chefs twist with the grits being cheddar polenta. I had the airplane chicken. Every bite and sip of the cocktails was delicious! Josiah was an excellent server and Amanda made the drinks look like artwork.
