- KKathyIndiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoReservation for lunch @ 2:15. Arrived early, seated right away. Our table had a lovely view. It was cozy near the bar and not noisy. Our server gave us menu’s and time before ordering. We love this! We both ordered iced tea which came quickly. We each found a dish that spoke to us. We had been prepared for higher prices and heavy food. Spouse had trout with roasted heirloom potatoes and brocolinni. I ordered the turkey burger with house made chips. When ingredients are fresh and well sourced, the difference is amazing. The chef is to be commended for the way our food was prepared: Burger grilled to perfection. This is the best Turkey Burger I have had. I have been consuming them since 1986. Our server was attentive without hovering. We browsed desserts and passed although they were tempting as were the selection of whiskey, liqueur, and coffee’s. Our server offered to take our picture on the deck. Did I mention we arrived during rain and departed in sunshine. For all these reasons and the tremendous views, this explains the 5 stars.More infoPine Creek Cookhouse$$$$• American• Aspen•4.8

They even made a gluten free crust for my pizza. We return every time we come to town.More infoEdwin$$$$• Contemporary American• Breckenridge•3.9

The grounds and the house were spectacular and the food was absolutely electric! We can’t stop talking about it. Everything was curated with such attention to detail. We will be back. - KKatiGoldDenver / Colorado •15 reviews5.0Dined on 6 Sept 2026Canary is a total hidden gem—it’s not just a place to grab a drink, it’s truly a full-sensory experience! The fun starts right at check-in inside Edwin Restaurant, where we were greeted with delicious, complimentary mini Hibiscus Ginger Margaritas before being led through a hidden bookshelf door. Stepping inside reveals a cozy, upscale speakeasy beautifully styled around the Canary theme, complete with comfortable pillow-lined benches, intimate tables, spacious round booths, and a stunning bar. Their menu outlines key spirits (gin, vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey) paired with flavor profiles and signature options, along with a solid wine selection. But the absolute highlight is letting the mixologist bartender curate a drink tailored to your specific taste. It is an absolute show! My husband ordered a Campfire Old Fashioned crafted with chocolate bitters and topped with real toasted marshmallows. I had a citrus martini featuring a scented bubble that exploded over the glass in a bright cloud of citrus aroma! Every single cocktail served was masterfully balanced and perfectly matched to what we love. If you’re looking for a memorable night out with incredible craft mixology and unmatched atmosphere, Canary is an absolute must-visit. We had so much fun and cannot wait to return!More infoCanary$$$$• Cocktail Bar• Breckenridge•4.8
