"This is a bar. Not really a sit down restaurant, at least when we went there. Thursday at 7:00pm. Server was great! Loud and dancing. Burgers and beer was good."See more

"Considering the outstanding quality of the food it is a shame that Iberica doesn't earn 5 stars due to the slow preparation. Here are the positives and negatives. Pros. 1. The Tapas was DELICIOUS. The Chorizzo lollipops and the peppers were particularly memorable. 2. The range. We ordered and shared some 14 small dishes between the five of us. There was so many delicious items to choose from and no dish was alike. They were served in novel ways as well. 3. The location. The chairs were comfortable and the restaurant well-decorated. I felt immersed in Spanish culture. 4. The price. Although expensive, Iberica is value for money by Canary Wharf standards. Cons. 1. The speed. It was SO SLOW. We had specified 'Business meal' when booking and had ordered Tapas - a signature of Spanish cuisine and a QUICK dish. We ordered 5 mins after arriving and It took about 35 minutes to get to us. The waitress was apologetic but when a party of 5 have to rearrange meetings because of a lunch then that's a problem. 2. The service. The waiters were polite, energetic and friendly, but didn't: a) Explain anything about Tapas (origins, preparation...) b) Check in with us during meal c) One was Spanish - fantastic - but was hard to understand as she spoke really quickly with an accent. Slow down! Overall, the restaurant was beautiful and the flavours exquisite. Go to Iberica. Enjoy it. Just don't expect punctuality."See more
