- JJillianOrlando / Central Florida East •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a fabulous evening. The weather was horrendous so when we arrived it was quiet. We were shown to our table. We ordered wine and then food. The wine was lovely. I had 2 tapas my husband had 3. we also had bread and olives. I had muscles which were the best ever the sauce was amazing tge potato dish I had was hot and very spicy I loved it. The restaurant filled up, and the atmosphere was great. Our waiter was friendly. The girl in charge spoke to all the tables. We have been before and will be back again. A fabulous local businessMore infoThe Ferry SelkiePrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• Dundee•4.7

- AAndrewNew York City •35 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was a lunch visit. The restaurant wasn’t full so was quieter than we have previously experienced. Service was very good. Attentive when needed but not pushy. The food was its usual excellent standard and served at a very nice pace for us. We always like visiting Hawksmoor and will continue to do so.More infoHawksmoor EdinburghPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Edinburgh•4.5

- JJohannaAngus/Fife •2 reviews5.0Dined on 11 Jan 2025We visited on 11 January for lunch and spent the afternoon. From the start the staff were welcoming, friendly, efficient and checked in on us without being overbearing. The waiting staff on shift that day are a credit to the company. The food was delicious and the restaurant was comfortable, beautifully decorated and warm. The music was a little loud where we sat but was turned down when we asked. The only thing that lets the place down are the toilets which are very cold. One toilet was out of order and the other barely locked and although it has a sink in it, you have to come out into the main room to dry your hands. However, this did not detract from what was a great afternoon catching up with a friend with no rush to move on by the staff. Looking forward to visiting again.More infoThe Nest by The Giddy GoosePrice: Moderate• Scottish• Forfar•4.7
