Dined alone. Arrived at my preferred reservation time. Table was ready for inside dining. I put my headphones on, read my materials, drank a glass of wine, and ate a great meal.
Service staff was pleasant and cool; not overly intrusive, allowing me to enjoy my space.
Great experience with Chef Hirohisa Hayashi. Every course was a treat with some very unique twists with the japanese flair. The service also did not disappoint and was a 10/10. Thank you to Chef and the team at Bas Rouge.
