    The Standard is always our favorite place to go for a date night, work dinner or to celebrate something special. We took my dad out for his birthday, and everyone was so kind and attentive to him- he certainly felt special. Of course the food was fantastic, it always is, but the kind and attentive service from Kevin, JT and the folks at the bar, made his night. He said he had the best steak he's ever eaten, and he could tell the staff liked being there. The Standard Restaurant is always the best.

    Fabulous flawless service, with delicious entrees! We started with chopped salads, nicely sized and dressed perfectly with a light lemony garlic dressing. My husband had the salmon that he really enjoyed ( fresh and moist). I had one of the monthly featured items, the chicken schnitzel with flavorful mushroom gravy, red cabbage and dill spaztle (sp)?Fantastic large portion, would order again if available next time we are in house. Monday is 1/2 off wine bottles, so we enjoyed one with our entrees. Wonderful evening, can’t wait to go back!
