Below ground restaurant. Very welcoming staff and tastefully decorated. Was delighted to see the owner/chef himself upon arrival. Excellent service. Had the three course lunch which included a drink and left feeling very satisfied. Their brown sourdough bread which we had to start with can only be described as fabulous and everything else that followed was equally as mouth watering. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you

Busy but not too noisy. Great feel…New Orleans & Memphis Jazz & Blues artwork. Service from start was ‘spot on’. Gave us time to mull over menu…not rushed. I had Howlin’ Wolf Chill (hot & spicy), which was far too much…for us! (You can ‘doggy bag’ if you want). Would have been even better if Howlin’ Wolf was playing in the background! Indeed music from the era would have been a great touch (only negative really)….pity? Would definitely recommend Maggie’s Grill.
