To the Chef and Staff: The dinner my wife and I shared last night (Bison steak and Frittes) may have been the best bison I have ever had. The Charcuterie board was fantastic. The crème brûlée was perfection. I would have loved a thicker topping, but not sure you could duplicate that perfect burnt marshmallow flavor that had me scraping every part of the bowl. Wow! Top this with the service and it made for a perfect evening complete with a Once Upon a Mattress at the Arvada Center.

We happened to come on smoked prime rib Tuesday! Everything was excellent! We came under dressed with children and every single person was super nice. The manager gave us a warm welcome from the beginning, even the waitress from a different table. The meat was perfectly cooked, twice baked potato perfectly seasoned. I don't even like broccoli but ate all of it. Shrimp cocktail, lobster tempura (must get), and my daughter loved the popping boba in her Shirley temple. There's so much more on the menu to try we will be back. The ambiance was perfect for any occasion.

Staff was attentive, food hit the expectation/hype!

Even what some people say I really think they put so much love to the thanksgiving dinner that I left thankful of people not being with their family for thanksgiving , thankful for all the love in the menu, maybe not your favorite taste but they thought a lot about the menu and. They hope you enjoyed it! Made it with the beta intención for you to like it! Sometimes we don’t know how much effort people and all staff have put together to make us feel in family! Make us feel taking care of! And for us that means a lot ! No one is perfect and no one does things right! Everyone have bumps here and there! We have to be grateful that there’s someone taking great care of us even if it’s not our very best taste !

So as always the food and service were amazing. However they have instituted a mandatory 20% tip so i will never eat here again
