Restaurants near Hollywood and Vine

I have been eating at Katsuya for many years. I ordered many of the same things that I always order. And it was one of the 10 best meals that I have ever had in my life I asked to speak to the chef who had worked his way up to the kitchen to complement him on an exceptional meal. Something I almost never do.

Wonderful place. The staff is so polite and happy to help. Food and drinks are great! Love all the pastas.

We spent my birthday dinner at the Highlight Room Grill. It was not packed as it was a Tuesday evening and it was relatively during an early dinner time. It was early enough we caught happy hour which was a nice surprise and kept costs down. The food was pleasantly all delicious. Our server was sweet and kind, but you can tell staff (such as the hostess) were a bit snooty, but what do you expect in Hollywood. We had such a beautiful view. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

2nd time spending my birthday here and the staff never disappoint. So friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t have picked anywhere else to spend my 26th birthday at :)

Food was great as always but for some reason AC was not on. Temperature was uncomfortable for me to fully enjoy my dining experience.
