    Our waitress, Jasmine was exceptional ❣️ She was helpful with our wine selection and checked in on our needs regularly throughout our dinner without being intrusive, but always pleasant and accommodating. Give her a raise! She deserves it! Also, next time I dine here, I will ask for a table where she will be our server.👏

    Loved this restaurant. Went there before attending a performance at the Hobby Center. We haven't had much cuban food before and really enjoyed the variety the menu offered. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was great! Also enjoyed the rum-themed drink menu. Give this restaurant a try! You will love it.

    We had a party of 2 at Rosalie. They were quite busy, but still gave us great and personal service by Johnny and Miguel. The restaurant was well appointed with beautiful decor. We ordered the spinach dip for an appetizer and loved it and the homemade pita chips for dipping. For entrees, we got the chicken marsala and shrimp scampi- both were really outstanding. I would definitely return to Rosalie again.
