"Food was really delicious. Service was good considering how busy the pub is. It gets noisy once any band comes on so eat earlier if you want a quieter meal. Overall really impressed. Will be back"See more

"Food was very tasty but the one and only complaint I had and had to send it back was my baked potato was frozen in the middle. I would understand if the restaurant was super busy but when I was there it was relatively quiet. The waitress did change it for me for champ which was delicious and very hot. She was very apologetic about the baked potato. I will definitely be back as menu is interesting and service is excellent"See more

Afternoon Tea | Killiney,

"Took my mother in law on Saturday afternoon for a birthday treat. We had our three year old with us and, given that I would assume Saturday is their busiest day, and the child in tow, it could have been a nightmare. Instead it was lovely. The food was really good, very generous servings, the ambience quiet, charming - exactly what you would expect from this hotel. A stray cat broke in and hid under the sofa - cue much hilarity as six or seven of the waiting staff did their best to eject him. No hesitation in recommending this."See more

"We (4) had dinner on 29 June 2019. It was not very busy, i expect due to holidays and a very fine evening. Only had mains and deserts. Fish pasta (2), rib-eye staek and lamb shoulder. All excellently executed, including accompaniments. Great deserts. All had a great experience, which was an earlier experience of two of the diners at lunch earlier in the week."See more

"I fell in love with the Guinea Pig as soon as I entered the restaurant! Great atmosphere and decor. The service was excellent; our server was personable, professional and knowledgeable. The food was exquisite and Chef Fernandes came out to talk to all of the diners at the end of service which was a really nice touch. I've been recommending the Guinea Pig to everyone since and will be back again next week."See more

"Excellent dinner and atmosphere. Small but energetic with great personal service from Keith. Mussels starter is a must, and calamari, duck, and a merlot made a very memorable meal. We’ll talk about this dinner as a highlight of the trip. Go see Keith, he’s the bomb."See more

"This is Not a Review but something that happened on the evening. There was a long blond hair in the Ice Cream dessert for one of our guests - while we did mention to the girl, nothing more was said !! Apart from this we had a lovely evening & the food, service & ambience etc was very good & enjoyable."See more
