Im Gutenberg Breakfast Club kann man jeden Samstag von 10:00 – 12:30 Uhr feine, traditionelle und ausgefallene Frühstückskreationen genießen und dabei den Trubel rund um den belebten Wochenmarkt genießen.Auch bei den Getränken wird auf Qualität und Heimatnähe gesetzt - so kommt z.B. die „Hopfenkaltschale“, wie hier liebevoll schon mal der Gerstensaft genannt wird, in vorgekühlten Gläsern mit schöner Krone. Auch bei den Zutaten der Heiß- und Mixgetränke stehen Heimatnähe und saisonale Zutaten im Mittelpunkt, angefangen von der Kaffeerösterei über die Früchte im „Hugo“ bis hin zur Tonic Essenz für den Gin.
