    The Blind Faith Cafe has been our go-to restaurant for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and some birthdays for years. The warm ambience with booths that seat up to 6 allows for a sense of privacy and intimacy in the midst of a crowd. Our non-vegetarian friends and family never object to this destination because the ambience and food are both top notch. One of our favorite menu items is BBQ Gardein (swap out this faux chicken for the seitan), or Kung Pao Gardein. My husband always goes for the enchiladas verdes--they do excel at Mexican cuisine. The menu ranges from the austere Macrobiotic Plate to indulgent entrees reminiscent of the 1970s like pot pies. The guy who started it all back in that decade is still seen keeping an eye on things.
