Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious.     Our server was incredibly well informed, funny, engaging, and just a joy. He really made it a great night. I cannot stop talking about the Dutch Fries. I could eat those every day of my life and not ever be sad about it. The scallops were the perfect briny/rich/earthy … delicious. Desserts were so refined and delightful. We sat outside and it was perfect, even on a rainy, chill night. Inside seemed very busy but we felt so quiet and intimate outside. Highly recommend Stoneburner. Just a terrific evening.

    Our server was wonderful but she needed more support. We had to wait way too long between servings and our food was partly cold upon serving. I paid just under $500 for two people so I left a tad disappointed. We were celebrating my fiancé’s birthday.

    The is it started with great service and a smile. We arrived 15 mins early and it was not a problem. Food was wonderful Brussels sprouts best I have had and the cosmo was just right. Definitely a 5 star experience….

    Food was delicious. We ordered the focaccia and fried cauliflower to start and then the halibut, wild rice tom kha, and tagliatelle for entrees. Everything was cooked to perfection with amazing rich flavors. We also got a whiskey flight, and the whiskey sommelier curated excellent selections for us. Will definitely be going back.
