    We sat outside in the garden, so a relatively quiet dining experience. Our server, Kaori, was excellent. She was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Everything was as ordered and was delicious. We enjoyed the complementary dessert for our anniversary.

    Our service started out fabulous but then we needed drink refills and couldn’t find our waitress so my husband had to go try to find someone to refill drinks. She finally came and apologized and said they were having a team meeting?!? We couldn’t understand why you would pull the server away when she had customers.

    The Birch is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Cincinnati. Great food, good drinks, and the staff are always friendly, inviting, and provide great service. Chefs Aaron and Marc have crafted a fantastic menu. I’d highly recommend trying the stuffed peppers, mussels, and weekly pasta feature if you go on a Wednesday.
