We NEVER have to speak on behalf of The Fort to our friends and family. The reliable consistency is one of the positive aspects- you know what you’re getting. An intimate environment with attentive, yet perceptive and competent staff- is tied only by some of the best chefs who consistently produce a wonderful meal. That’s The Fort!!

Great food and a great view. The steaks and seafood were both very well prepared and seasoned. Crabcake was all crab and no filler. Steaks were nicely charred on the outside and just right inside. The server was great at making sure that we were happy with how the food was prepared. Quality wine list and fun mixed drink options including non alcoholic.

Sat outside for lunch and everything came out great. Our server John was very nice and the new covered area on the patio is awesome. Kept us from getting a sunburn! Most tables also had umbrellas, which was nice too. I had the Bolognese and it was ok. A little bland on the sauce and the noodles were a bit thicker than my preference for pappardelle. Husband and kiddo had the fish and chips and they loved it so much their plates were clean by the end of lunch!! I would highly recommend trying this place out. Very nice!!

Nice restaurant in the bottom of the hotel. Great location great food.

Great food and brews make this place our go to in Evergreen. Best views as well!
