All our food was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Authentic Italian food. Nice vibe as it is small but always busy. Service is prompt and friendly. My drink got knocked over and the waitress immediately brought us replacements on the house (which I wouldn’t have expected as I had drank most of the glass). Service was much appreciated, will definitely return.

Always a pleasure to visit here. It’s the staff that has made this place over the years, and why when back regularly. They’ve made every visit special for us and also when we took family or friends there. It will be sad to see them all go when it closes. Salvi’s is one of the best restaurants to go to, particularly like the Mozzarella bar. The food was exemplary as was the service, the young chap who served us and the manager were both incredibly attentive. They care about the food they make and maintain and incredibly high standard, couldn’t recommend them more. Excellent!!

This is our favourite Italian and we always visit when we are in Manchester. A varied menu of great Italian classics and a few specials / edits each season. Everything is alway cooked beautifully and presented v well. High quality ingredients and delicious. The team are great, lovely to see the same faces for years; their passion for their job and food shows. It has a great bar if you just fancy a cocktail or beer. Highly recommended
