Dinner for 3 x persons Food and service was on fleek - we had the octopus salad to start - super fresh - and tasty - octopus can be hit and miss but this one was definitely a hit, also big enough to share; spaghetti vongole - better than the one I had in Italy this summer - in fact best one I have had ever - branzino - this whole fish was to die for - light but flavorful - roasted mushroom pizza (we added Italian sausage) - also very tasty - would probably ask for it be cooked well done as the pizza dough was a little doughy but that’s just my preference - broccolini - probably my least favorite dish - for desert we had the chocolate torte - rich and decadent and 2 x affogato (espresso, vanilla ice cream and caramel)…never had it with the caramel - was a nice touch - wanted to eat another one of these - sooo good - add 2 cocktails. Surprisingly our bill was approx $230 ..I was expecting it to be more - great value for money It is a little loud and the crowd is young - dress up a little for this place - smart casual at the very least and enjoy! The portions were quite large for most of the entrées, the Chicken Parmesan was so large, two people could’ve easily have split it!

The whole experience was just great. The food was superb. The service was excellent and the ambience lovely in the outdoor patio. I can’t wait to return. The Panzanella salad, porcini lasagna and the dessert SCHIACCIATA GOLOSA were all just delicious. This was the loveliest meal I have had in a long time!

Love the babaganoush and the labneh here! The baba isn’t too smoky and the pomegranate on the labheh is a nice touch. The fresh pita and quality crudite make me happy. Great place for a birthday celebration, also good spot for dietary restrictions because there are a lot of vegan, gluten free, and healthy options and everything is delicious. Staff is welcoming, cool, and unlike much of the LA dining scene they are not snobby. They make a good French 75 and a great spicy margarita. Lovely decor and a good vibe. When the weather is clear the rooftop has some of the best views in Santa Monica. I have been at a large event at the hotel and the food was just as good on a large scale, great event spaces as well. All of the restaurants in the hotel are on the pricier side but I’ve always loved my experiences so I will keep coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch and lunch at M&D Margo Kitchen. I was thrilled to be able to enjoy a healthy waffle/egg/fruit breakfast and my two friends enjoyed a burger with an egg on top and grilled cheese with soup. Great to have a breakfast, lunch and dinner place with locals running it and an interesting and tasty menu for all day dining, inside or out.
