Pomelia is always a lovely experience. Marsala Porcini and Hot Honey Chicken sandwich to die for. Prosciutto Rustica, recommend tweaking with less tapenade which overpowered the flavors and separating the prosciutto more so that a bite doesn’t take too much meat from the whole sandwich. Just our thoughts.
