Restaurants near Oakland Zoo

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the East Bay. The food is very good and fresh. The service is very good. Every time I have left there I was very satisfied with my meal.

I found this to be one more of the many hidden treasures of the Bay Area. The buffet was my choice and of course will be on my second visit as well. Our host Joseph was superb! He was very hospitable. Greeted us with a smile, his was always there till the end! He has a very pleasant face.

The food and our Server Chad was outstanding. Didn’t have to ask for anything Chad was on top of things and always checking on us.

It was our first time visiting Speisekammer on March 14, 2020—and it may have been our last meal out for a bit... if so it was the way to go out strong! I loved everything—from the pretzels and beer cheese to schnitzel, Spatzl, and struedel. I can’t wait for the chance to go back!

Angela's is a lovely place, the food is always stellar with good service to boot. Good place for conversation, coupled with fine food, I like it a lot. Take friends, always a treat.
