Seating in the back is for larger groups, so we were seated in the bar area.  we prefer to order our drinks and a couple appetizers, then order our main depending on how hungry we are. Our waiter encouraged us to order everything as they were about to get very busy. Our Cadillac margaritas, although smaller than we are used to, were good and reasonably priced. Sadly our appetizers and salad arrived at the same time. I asked that they hold off on our main course for a while. We always plan for leftovers and dessert. Glad to see Plaza Grill open again. Our server was efficient, accommodating, and very personable.
