Restaurants near Plaza Hotel & Casino

This experience is a must. The views from atop the hotel were breathtaking. i could have spent all night looking at the city lights. The warm, rich wood and old school elegance of the entire place was perfection. Best of all the service was top notch and they never skipped a beat. Food to die for. There was a concert going on on the street level carry up which could not be helped, otherwise it would have been very serene. We went for my birthday and it is one I will never forget.

Ron the manager was great! He fulfilled my request to have a single rose delivered to my table even though there was not a flower shop in the casino. Ben, our server was also great! He gave a thorough explanation for all the entres and was very service oriented.

Hugo’s Cellar never disappoints. From the moment you walk in until you leave you are treated as a very special guest. The service, the quality of food and the treatment from every staff person you encounter is excellent. When visiting Las Vegas make the extra effort to go to Hugo’s you will be so happy you did.

The cocktails, the shrimp cocktail, the lobster bisque, the beef rib cap (with blue cheese sauce), the asparagus, the carrot cake and coffee… and the waitstaff were stellar. Last time I was there, the noise level in the restaurant was so loud it was difficult to converse. This time the level was so much better and easier to talk.

It was a zoo and the waiter showed every bit of his stress. He was short and not helpful. In fact, he acted annoyed and put out by everyone. I think the restaurant was really busy but it doesn’t cost anything to be nice
