    Great evening! Last minute decision to go out. Made OT reservations and we were in. Seated in the booth we requested in the reservation. Drink order was immediate as well as a portion of their wonderful sourdough bread. Brook, our waitress was gracious and attentive. Chilean Sea bass was fantastic. The waitstaff was most attentive of any restaurant in recent memory. It seemed like if there was the entree order ready on the cook station and anyone not busy would grab it and take it to the table. Same with drinks and clearing . ***** night!

    We visit Carlsbad once a year and always make it a point to dine at Nick’s. It never disappoints. Bistro salad, maple meatloaf, sea bass and butter cake were all excellent.
