Very good meal. Our waitress was exceptional. A good special occasion place or when you just want a nice quiet place to enjoy a good meal.

Some friends recommended High Hill for a special occasion, so we went for our anniversary. We booked for an early dinner and had a wonderful time. The grounds were very nice to walk after dinner, with some really pretty gardens. We received very friendly, pleasant greetings from all the staff and were seated promptly upon our arrival. The attention we got from our server, Richard, was top notch. He had excellent menu knowledge, made solid suggestions based on our leanings, and was very attentive, but did not hover. He was training a new server, Jonathan that evening, and I noted that Richard was very kind and thorough with his training out in the dining room. He gave Jonathan opportunities to check on tables himself and get the invaluable experience of interacting with guests and assessing their needs. Our food was very good and seemed reasonably priced for the experience and taste. We recommend High Hill, and we will be returning ourselves.
