The presentation and quality/flavors of the food were top! We loved the tostadas with tuna and other seafood. Sauces and drinks were excellent, as was the service. We will definitely return for special occasions.

This is our third year in a row to eat at Double Eagle. We found it three years ago on our first visit to Las Cruces. Our favorite of everything is Red Chile Escargot. We will always make this our special place!! We were especially impressed with our bus person. His name was Maddox. He was amazing. Kind, friendly, really prompt and we enjoyed him. Gloria Warner

Temo, my server, was exceptional—professional, warm, and truly well versed in both the menu and the wine list, making recommendations that felt spot-on rather than scripted. The cocktails were a standout from the start. They were creative and thoughtfully balanced, and the Green Goddess in particular was a refreshing, fun twist that changed the pace in the best way. The food was both well executed and impressively timely—nothing felt rushed, and every dish arrived at the perfect moment. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with a wood-fired flavor that added real depth and character. Each bite tasted like it had been crafted rather than simply prepared. The seafood was equally impressive: fresh and perfectly seasoned, with flavors that tasted clean, bright, and confident. One of the most indulgent highlights was the bone marrow with suadero—rich, savory, and absolutely worth the splurge. I also loved the creativity on the lighter side: beets with smoked goat cheese were unexpected but wonderfully balanced, proof that the kitchen isn’t afraid to take risks. And the atmosphere at Casa Pantera? Very Tulum in feel—stylish, relaxed, and inviting, with an ambiance that made the whole evening feel special. Overall, this was a seamless, memorable dining experience with standout service, standout drinks, and food that delivered across the board. I’ll absolutely be back.

Everyone was kind and attentive from the moment we walked through the door. Even the manager stopped at our table to make sure we were cared for and were enjoying our meal.

My second time dining here with company. The food is good to great, which is far above average for a hotel restaurant. But what brings me back is the Liberace-esque decor which I find very amusing, and the location. The hotel is up in the foothills and nearly year round the restaurant patio is delightful.
