- AAthenavipWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHad the Pork Belly appetizer, which had a unique sauce of nectarines and mustard seed with I believe tomatoes. Had a glass of white wine with my meal recommended by the waiter. We also ordered the roasted carrots and I had the roasted branzino which was amazing, and my boyfriend ordered the gnocchi with oxtail. Everything was delicious, well throughout out. The restaurant is beautiful, and the service was hospitable and well paced.More infoHerb & WoodPrice: Expensive• Californian• Little Italy•4.7

The outdoor patio offers a great view of downtown. Their specialty cocktails are great, and honestly, for the quality priced just right. We had the smoke and mirrors, mango from durango, burnt orange old fashioned and a pilsner they serve. Our server Katie and the bartender Angelo were really attentive and polite. Everything we tried was amazing. Bluefin tiradito, wagyu tartare, red top pork belly, the soup du jour: red pepper bisque, for starters. Our mains were the salmon wellington and the wild caught Alaskan halibut, with the sage hill carrots, crispy brussels sprouts and mushroom persillade for sides. Finished it off with the pumpkin cheesecake, brown butter honey crispy apple cobbler. It was a memorable experience for us.More infoMister A'sPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.8
- KKerrySan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis place definitely does not disappoint! We got a nice variety of oysters, Kumamoto with the cucumber mignonette is a must have. Clams casino and the octopus also 10/10. Drinks were great, however my only issue was the bottle of Albariño wasn’t quite chilled enough. Still was great though. Sarah did a great job going over the menu and was prompt and provided great service. She made the night great for all of us. - CChanSan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI always say it’s the little things that go a long way. Seneca has been recommended to me by several of my friends and finally for our daughter’s birthday we decided to make reservations here; I am so happy we did. From the small note for the 16th birthday on the menu to everyone that greeted us, the lovely hostess to the server and wait staff our daughter felt so special for her 16th birthday. Thank you so much for making her 16th birthday a core memory and extra special.More infoSenecaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.7
