We started making wine in the garage as a hobby back in 2008, but for Winemaker Mark Hulst, it quickly became a passion. By 2012 Skagit Cellars began commercially producing wine. We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill.     I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant; from the cozy decor and friendly and prompt service to the delicious and perfectly prepared food, everything about Roe is a treat, and it all adds up to a wonderful experience. Our blackened cod and bavette steak were cooked to absolute perfection and so flavorful they absolutely justified the price. We will definitely return and highly recommend this jewel to everyone.
