My husband I celebrated our 54th Wedding Anniversary at The Wallace steak house last night, it was magical we sat in the courtyard listening to Jim a local musician singing ,we could have been in the south of France. We both had the steak with all the trimmings, it was delicious, the service as usual was excellent, as was the ambience, as the light was fading the turned on the twinkle lights, just a perfect evening for two oldies. Many thanks to all at the Wallace, special thanks to Jim and the lovely music

We dined from the set lunchtime menu, great value for money, beautiful food and excellent service

I could hear other conversations and would like some relaxing music to be pkayed

We rate all the restaurants that we visit and write comments in a book so we know whether to come back in the future. These are ours for your restaurant. We loved the restaurant and the food was fantastic and value for the money. Halloumi and garlic mushrooms starters were to die for. The lasagne and the tai curry were by far the best that we have eaten. The young lad with the tattoos was exceptional and at his job and communication was fantastic with him. The service was very slow here. And we had to ask when our starters were coming Having said that last comment I would still highly recommend this one. Definitely use this restaurant again. Thank you 8/10
