Friendly, neighbourhood brasserie-style restaurant serving modern European cuisine with seasonal Irish produce, boutique wine list and signature cocktails. We're delighted to be included in Michelin Guide 2024, and as the inspector suggests, "There’s a terrific buzz in the air at this stylish brasserie-style restaurant, where the unfussy cooking is a fine accompaniment to the lively surroundings". Our bar, "Upstairs at Lottie's," is open at the weekend for a perfect pre-dinner cocktail or to relax on comfortable couches after dinner. We have outdoor areas and private rooms available for hire. Head Chef, Tudorel Ostache, has created some wonderful signature dishes and on Sunday's, Lottie's is the perfect place to enjoy family lunch including our roast specials throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to Lottie's and are delighted to be awarded a Diner's Choice award for 2023 and to feature in the Irish Times 100 Best Restaurants in Ireland, 2023.

O’Callaghan’s Bar is the ideal spot to sit back, relax and unwind after a long day on the golf course, at the beach or at the amusement park. Choose from delicious bar food, mouth-watering cocktails, a fine selection of whiskeys or the perfect pint. We have made a substantial investment in our outdoor dining areas, to greatly increase the comfort, including permanent structures to provide additional shelter and shade, and a brand new overhead outdoor heating system. Due to the changes that hotels, bars and restaurants have had to make to comply with the new Covid 19 guidelines we will not be operating McLoughlin’s restaurant this summer, which means we have extended our new bar food menu to include some of your favourite bistro style dishes to accompany a fabulous cocktail or the perfect pint. This menu will be served on O’Callaghan’s Patio and is available from 12.00pm to 7.30pm from Sunday through to Thursday, and until 8.30pm on Friday and Saturday. We really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant came as top suggestion from some local folks we ran into throughout the day. The restaurant itself was lovely, super easy to get a reservation, and the steak was delicious. Overall top experience.

So I had been wanting to come to graphite for so long and I’m so glad I’ve been because what an experience! I wouldn’t be the most adventurous of eaters because I’m autistic, but everything I tried was just delicious including the most gorgeous cocktails! The service was top tier and mine and my boyfriend’s experience was 10/10 can’t thank the girls enough! Overall it was so peaceful, I waddled back to the car I was so full! Would highly recommend going, just for something a little different, you won’t regret it.

The food was exceptional. We started with the crab claws- nicely cooked and the butter dress was lovely. I got the salmon which was lovely, and my partner got the ribeye which was cooked well (which is unusual when he asks for medium rare). We got the broccoli and potatoes on the side which were very nice. Drinks were nice and staff was very pleasant. Only complaint was our server went home in the middle of our dinner- but the rest of the staff made up for it. It was also our anniversary so we got a nice treat from the staff which was thoughtful!
