An expression of simple, honest, nurturing food and drink that nurtures both the spirit and body.Juliette is an a-cultural restaurant, focusing less on vernacular dishes of New Mexico, but on the abundance of food that is grown/raised around us at any given time. We are excited to create a restaurant that is fun but also nurturing. The restaurant is very transparent about the ingredients we use and don't use…we only use good salt, avoid seed oils, have grass-fed beef, y mas.

Genuinely enjoyable evening in my kind of place. The menu is varied, we had the chicken sando and the wangus meatballs, both delicious. The servers are attentive. The drink menu is eclectic and we found it worthwhile: the watermelon margarita and another mezcal-based drink (the name escapes). We will be back!

We were seated promptly and our server was very attentive without hovering too much. The food was very fresh and seasoned perfectly. It was my birthday and our server brought me a complimentary desert, which was also delicious. Have eaten here many times and never had a bad experience!

Taos is lucky that Willa came to town and brought Juliette with her. We have enjoyed brunch, lunch and dinner there. Three different menus, all superb. The menu is not extensive - it excels in its choice of protein or vegetarian sourced locally. These pictures are from our brunch which was delicious. My mom was surprised at the size of her burrito which she loved with the green chili. The eggs benedict exceptional. And yes, I took some of my wife's bacon. Everything is better with bacon It is a great location for a relaxed meal on the Paseo.
